Social Management + Copy
In advance the Los Angeles premiere, the client tasked me with managing social media scheduling, curating an editorial calendar, and crafting copy to boost excitement about the event. Along with hyping up fans about the film, my role involved promoting the newly released film soundtrack.
While the film took on the international festival circuit, I created graphics and wrote copy to keep fans engaged.

For LOCALE’s Greater Palm Springs edition, I wrote a listicle featuring 11 Palm Springs restaurants offering Thanksgiving dinner specials.
“The only meal prep you’ll need this Thanksgiving is making sure your stomach is empty ahead of time. With these tantalizing specialty menu offerings made exclusively for Thanksgiving Day, you won’t need a fire extinguisher at the ready in the kitchen this year. For Joymode’s company blog, I wrote a piece on the Outdoor Pizza Oven bundle, capturing the brand’s light, humorous voice targeted to the city-dwelling Millennial.

The client, a real estate investment company launching a new luxury rental property, wanted to appeal to an international, Millennial audience.
I helped shape the brand voice, tagline and terminology to reflect the brand’s modern, hip personality. Points of emphasis were the property’s five-star amenities and location in the up-and-coming Koreatown neighborhood.

For my travel blog, Jen on the Run, I wrote a creative piece on my experience getting lost in Venice, Italy.
“Like closing my eyes and spinning underwater, my sense of direction spirals away from me, gladly. There is a sense of privacy in the narrow alleyways of Venice, a hushed, peaceful intimacy that can be entirely lost in the more populated areas.
We see the people who live here and walk these streets every day pass us by, and I wonder what it would be like to have lived here for generations. How have they seen the city change, for better and for worse?”

I spoke with Executive Chef Dreux Ellis of Gratitude Beverly Hills to report on the new menu additions and elevated look of the restaurant’s interiors.

Candles are placed like raindrops throughout the space, pitter-pattering a warm flicker that complements the chattering hum from restaurant-goers.
